August Fun
August has been a fun month in the Halvorsen household. Boyd and Cathy took the girls to Lagoon for an evening of fun. Aspen and Emma enjoyed the rides so much and everytime we pass it on our way home they inform us that it is time to go on rides again.
Playing at the park is a common occurance so when we have extra time we just drop on by.
At the end of the month we went with friends to the Dinosaur Park and had a great time. Emma thought the Robotic Dinosaurs were scarry but Aspen thought that they were neat.
Knowing that the girls will be skiing this year, we rented skis already so that we wouldn't be too late to get the smallest size. The girls have already made a test run on the family room floor, but heck what else are you going to do when it is months til the snow appears.
